This turbocharger incorporates HFV technology – High Flow Vane technology, which represents our proprietary enhancement of the variable vane cage and nozzle ring assembly. This innovation facilitates the utilization of a larger turbine wheel, ensuring maximum efficiency under high loads. Stealth turbos featuring our HFV upgrade outperform those constrained by factory nozzle rings, delivering more power, faster spool-up times, and superior management of exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).
Your truck will enjoy heightened performance across a broad operating range, courtesy of our HFV assembly, oversized turbine wheel, and billet compressor wheel. Crafted from brand-new components, this turbocharger eliminates the need for a core charge. The optional pre-calibrated actuator simplifies installation, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Custom tuning is imperative to fully harness the potential of this turbocharger on your truck, along with specific min/max vane positions. Deletes are unnecessary. With our Custom Emissions Equipped Tuning, we’ve achieved up to 650 RWHP when pairing this turbo with our custom tuning solutions.

Notes:
This turbo must only be operated with tuning that uses stock Minimum and Maximum Vane Position tables. Failure to do so can lead to excessive exhaust pressure and boost which may shorten the life of the turbo or engine and may void the turbo warranty.
