While boasting the capability to provide ample airflow for up to 800 RWHP, this stock-appearing unit ignites swiftly and excels in daily driving, towing, and achieving peak performance.

Incorporating HFV technology, this turbocharger represents our proprietary customization of the variable vane cage and nozzle ring assembly. This innovation allows for the utilization of a larger turbine wheel, maximizing high-load efficiency. Stealth turbos equipped with our HFV upgrade surpass those constrained by factory nozzle rings, delivering increased power, faster spool-up times, and superior management of exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).

Your truck will undergo a notable performance enhancement across a broad operating range, thanks to our HFV assembly, oversized turbine wheel, and billet compressor wheel. Crafted from brand-new components, this turbocharger eliminates the need for a core charge. The optional pre-calibrated actuator simplifies installation, ensuring a hassle-free process. Custom tuning is essential for optimizing this turbocharger on your truck, along with specific min/max vane positions (refer to the bottom of this page). Deletes are not necessary. With our Custom Emissions Equipped Tuning, we’ve achieved up to 650 RWHP when pairing this turbo with our custom tuning solutions.

This turbo must only be operated with tuning that uses stock Minimum and Maximum Vane Position tables. Failure to do so can lead to excessive exhaust pressure and boost which may shorten the life of the turbo or engine and may void the turbo warranty.
