Description

FASS Fuel Systems Diesel System 2001-2010 GM Duramax 6.6L Titanium Signature Series 100GPH (TSC10100G) Part No: TSC10100G

A FASS Fuel Systems can be a beneficial upgrade for your GM Duramax 6.6L diesel engine, this is because your Duramax doesn’t come with a factory System like other diesels. This requires your CP3 injection System to pull your fuel under a vacuum, adding additional stress to your CP3 System and risk introduce additional air into your fuel.

This is where a Titanium FASS Fuel System comes in to help. The Titanium Signature Series diesel fuel System was engineered by FASS Fuel Systems to be the top performing, longest lasting and most reliable aftermarket filtration System in the diesel industry.

Rated at 100 gallons per hour and backed by our limited lifetime warranty the Titanium Signature Series System is capable of supporting your GM Duramax 6.6L diesel engine with enough fuel for multiple fueling System upgrades. A Titanium Signature Series System also offers advanced filtration benefits that will help protect your Duramax’s injection Systems, effectively extending the life of your Injection System and Injectors.

These Benefits include an improved filtration rating of 2 Microns, a built in water separation filter and FASS Fuel Systems patented air/vapor removal process. Duramax diesel engines are known for having injector failure issues; this can be caused by several different factors and FASS Filtration Systems is designed to eliminate those that are fuel related.

The Titanium Signature Series diesel fuel Systems are the superior fuel System and filtration System, in the diesel industry.  This is because here at FASS Fuel Systems we focus on perfecting our Systems and how they are engineered, taking the extra steps that our competitors ignore while they rush to get product out the door.  By doing this we have less than a 2 percent failure rating with our motor and a design that implements unique design features you can only get with FASS Fuel Systems.

  • FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) was engineered to meet the stringent demands of today’s quiet diesel engines. FASS Whisper Technology was in development and testing for over two and a half years to meet FASS Fuel System’s high quality and durability standards. FASS Whisper Technology effectively and drastically reduces the sound levels of the Signature Series FASS Diesel Fuel System to a whisper while at the same time increasing fuel flow rates. Our competition reduces noise levels by reducing flow rates.
  • Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) are an advanced machining technique used to improve the flow of fuel through the FASS System by creating smooth flowing cuts within the aluminum housing. This prevents the reintroduction of air and vapor back into the fuel and to prevent eddy currents from forming within the corner of a 90-degree sharp angle. FASS Titanium Signature Fuel Systems are the only Fuel Air Separation System that incorporates these exclusive Performance Radius Cuts, lesser competitors commonly use T-Bone and square 90-degree fittings that can limit fuel flow, cause restrictions and reintroduce air back into your fuel.
  • Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology is used to continually polish your fuel by keeping a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine to prevent cavitation along with galling and scoring. Then returning the fuel, that’s not yet needed, back to the tank after it has been passed through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor and water. This means your fuel is being constantly Polished (cleaned), guaranteeing that your diesel truck always has the cleanest fuel possible. The MFR in combination with the optional FASS Fuel Heater options will help insure Extreme cold weather operations!
  • Bolt On Bracket Mounts old mounting styles required drilling or welding when mounting your new System. This has now been simplified with our new bolt on brackets that utilize your Ford Super Duty factory bed bolt, the bolt that secures your truck bed to your frame. Mounting your Titanium Signature Series System takes only minutes and all brackets are made from machined steel for superior support and strength.

2001-2010 Duramax 100GPH System Features:

  • New Bolt On Bracket Installation
  • Preset 8-10 PSI Fuel Pressure
  • Complete Replacement System
  • 100 Gallons Per Hour Flow Rating

It is suggested for this higher performance System to upgrade your System kit by purchasing our Bulkheading and Suction Tube kit (STK1002). Our bulkhead kit allows for a larger volume of diesel fuel to be retrieved by the fuel System and will offer a convenient return option.  This is important for high performance GM Duramax application that demand large a large amount of diesel fuel for aggressive fueling upgrades.

1 review for FASS Titanium Signature Series Diesel Fuel System 100GPH | 01-10 6.6L Duramax

  1. Chris R (verified owner)

I want to start by saying I am NOT a professional mechanic. I did grow up on a farm, and I have worked on a lot of machinery and broken a lot of things in the process. I put this on my 2003 Duramax 6.6L. I have about 251,300 on the truck. I think I am the 3rd owner. I bought a dedicated Chevy/GM scantool from Foxwell NT710 to check everything I was working on. I had problems with my truck one day and it wouldn’t start, so I bought that scanner. $400 +/-. Turns out when I had the EFI Live put on the truck, the harness connector pinched a wire, but I didn’t find that until later. I decided I was or somebody was gonna fix this truck, and I was going to put a lift pump on it. I called here and talked to Nate. He was very helpful with my questions. I’m sure I spent a lot of time on the phone asking them. BTW, don’t buy your FASS lift pumps off Amazon, or your warranty is no good. I was going to do that to begin with, and I’m glad I didn’t. You must buy from a dealer for FASS to honor the warranty, and you DO have to register your lift pump within 30 days of purchase and prove to them with a picture you bought it from an authorized dealer. You have to create a login and password as well, but once you do it, I don’t think you have to do anything else. This lift pump has been very good so far. I wanted to run it for about 6 months before I posted a review. I bought it 10/24, and it’s almost 4/25 now. I would guess I’ve put 500 miles on the truck running it back and forth to the farm mostly. I also started putting HotShot in my fuel. I was using PowerService before. I think either is OK, but HotShot uses about 50% less product in its treatment. The cost is higher, tho, so maybe it evens out? The big thing with my lift pump is how it cleaned my injectors. I had checked my balance rates, and the worst one was -3.70. Once injectors get above or below 4.00 from everything I read, they are sposed to be changed. About $2500 changed… After I ran this lift pump for a while, my worst injector is now -1.70. I could hardly believe it. I did not put a sump on the bottom of my fuel tank. I think this lift pump helps my CP3 a lot by pulling and then pushing all that fuel to the CP3. It was quite a treat installing this lift pump, and I don’t mean in a good way. If you are not a patient person, this might not be for you. It took me several hours, and by that I think like 10 hours from start to finish. To be clear, I’m not a professional. A dedicated shop could proly do it in a couple hours. I think I did a decent job of it, and I may even make a YouTube video, but not right now. There are other videos on YT, so watch a couple of those if you are going to do this yourself. One is very good in particular from Freedom Worx. I watched it a bunch of times. I did delete my factory fuel filter, and I put in the aluminum “loop” to the FICM. If my lift pump ever goes out, my truck will be dead. But it’s working great for the last 6 months, and Nate was great to work with. 5 stars.
