The Heavy-Duty (HD) Beam design is engineered to handle higher horsepower and torque, with enhancements such as increased beam thickness, strengthening ribs, 3D profiling, and larger radii to reduce stress risers.

Each rod is honed to precise specifications and features an oil groove and hole in the pin end for improved lubrication. Wagler’s innovative Tongue & Groove locator system ensures perfect alignment, locking the cap securely to eliminate offset and maintain a true bore. Every aspect of drafting, design, machining, assembly, and quality assurance is performed in-house by Wagler Competition Products’ skilled team. Finished with a standard shot-peened surface, these rods are built for durability and peak performance.
