Description

The stock 7.3 thermostat housings are notorious for leaking coolant.  They are made from a thin press formed sheet metal that rusts, pits, and gets deformed by the bolts.  To fix the issue we have machined a new piece from 6061 aluminum.  This lets us build in a nice thick flange that will not flex or bend and also is much less susceptible to corrosion than steel.
