Cognito CV Front Driveline Kit For 4-6 Inch Lift-Duramax/ 4-12 Inch Lift-Gas On 17-19 Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500. This direct bolt in driveline features a 1310 series double cardan CV and it is made in the USA. This kit includes the Cognito Allison Transmission Bracket.
Notes:

• Part Number 110-90278 Shift linkage relocation bracket is required if truck is equipped with six speed Allison transmission.
• Compatible with trucks originally equipped with a 1350 u-joint at front differential only.
