Equipped with HFV technology, or High Flow Vane technology, this turbocharger boasts a customized variable vane cage and nozzle ring assembly. This advancement enables the utilization of a larger turbine wheel, ensuring maximum efficiency under high loads. Stealth turbos featuring our HFV upgrade outperform those with factory nozzle rings, delivering more power, quicker spool-up times, and superior management of exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).

Your truck will experience enhanced performance across a wide operating range, thanks to our HFV assembly, oversized turbine wheel, and billet compressor wheel. Crafted from brand-new components, this turbocharger eliminates the need for a core charge. The optional pre-calibrated actuator simplifies installation, making the entire process hassle-free. Custom tuning is highly recommended to fully optimize the potential of this turbocharger upgrade. Deletes are not necessary. With our Custom Emissions Equipped Tuning, we’ve achieved up to 650 RWHP when pairing this turbo with our custom tuning solutions.

This turbo must only be operated with tuning that uses stock Minimum and Maximum Vane Position tables. Failure to do so can lead to excessive exhaust pressure and boost which may shorten the life of the turbo or engine and may void the turbo warranty.
