The Fox 983-02-143 2.0 Factory Race Series Stabilizer ATS employs an Adjustable Through Shaft (ATS) design that effectively eliminates shaft fluid displacement throughout the stabilizer’s entire travel in both directions. Featuring an external piggyback reservoir, this stabilizer enhances fluid capacity and incorporates an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) to separate the fluid from the nitrogen gas charge, preventing cavitation. Furthermore, an external adjuster offers 24 clicks of adjustment, allowing for precise customization of damping tailored to any driving style and setup. The outcome is a single, bolt-on stabilizer that delivers highly customizable and consistent damping of unwanted steering feedback.

Conventional steering stabilizers typically encounter increased pressure within the unit when turning in one direction, as the shaft takes up more space within the body, displacing the oil. This can lead to a push or pull steering force felt by the driver as the stabilizer seeks to return to a neutral state. To counteract this unidirectional force, dual opposing stabilizers are often employed, necessitating additional mounting hardware and space.
