Icon’s Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with CDEV are engineered to provide outstanding off-road performance and a smooth ride on the street. These shocks are specifically tuned for each application, ensuring the ideal length and damping settings. For piggyback and remote reservoir applications, Icon utilizes a 6061-billet aluminum manifold just below the top cap, creating an internal “Bump Zone” that adds 20% more damping force. This added force helps prevent harsh bottom-outs and improves suspension control during high-velocity compression. Like all Icon shock absorbers, the V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series with CDEV is fully rebuildable and re-tunable. The included Icon CDE Valve upgrade lets you electronically adjust the ride from inside the vehicle for a customized experience.
