Icon’s innovative use of a 6061-billet aluminum manifold, placed just below the top cap of the shock, creates a Bump Zone that adds an extra 20% damping force. This added force helps prevent harsh bottom-outs and maintains control over the suspension during high-velocity compressions.

The Icon CDC Valve offers an externally adjustable valve that limits oil flow into the reservoir, enabling 10 levels of compression damping for precise adjustment.
