The Mishimoto MMINT-DMAX-17K Intercooler & Pipe Kit is designed to enhance the performance of your 2017-2019 Chevrolet 6.6L Duramax L5P. This kit features 3.0″ mandrel-bent aluminum piping and a robust 68mm thick bar-and-plate intercooler with cast-aluminum end tanks for superior cooling and airflow. Built 70% thicker than the factory intercooler, it withstands high temperatures and boost pressures without failure. Additionally, the enlarged inlets and outlets further improve airflow, reducing restriction by over 64% compared to stock.

The included 3.0″ mandrel-bent aluminum intercooler pipes replace the restrictive OEM resonator, increasing airflow by up to 55%. Designed for a perfect fit, these pipes feature CNC-machined quick-disconnect fittings, bead-rolled ends, and factory-style mounting points for sensors and harnesses. Three additional bungs can be drilled and tapped for sensors or water/meth injection. The kit also includes DuraCore boots and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for both the hot and cold intercooler tubing.
