47/48RE SFI approved billet flex plate utilizes forged steel construction and replaces the stamped factory piece that is prone to failure when under high power levels. As the horsepower and pulling weight of the truck increases, so does the strain on the flex plate, which is why this flex plate is perfect for towing, daily driving, and drag racing. This Flexplate is used with 1989-07 Dodge diesels. Non-lock (1989-93)  Please call for combinations other than a 47/48RE transmission with a 5.9L engine.
