Proudly made in the USA, these rods are forged by Trenton Forging in Michigan from certified 4340ACQ material. The updated I-Beam design offers superior strength, handling greater horsepower and torque than previous models. Enhancements like increased beam thickness, strengthening ribs, 3D profiling, and larger radii reduce stress risers for improved durability.

Each rod is honed to factory specifications and designed to fit factory pistons without requiring any additional clearancing. The innovative Tongue & Groove locator system ensures precise alignment, locking the cap in place and preventing offset, while maintaining a true bore. All design, drafting, programming, machining, assembly, and quality assurance are carried out in-house by Wagler Competition Products’ skilled team. The rods come with a standard shot-peened finish for added strength and longevity.
