The XD381 features a billet aluminum fuel filter head that replaces the stock fuel filter and allows you to mount the CAT 1R-0750 high efficiency fuel filter under the hood of your truck.

Removing the stock filter housing also eliminates the problematic plastic cap that is known to break and seize. Each filter head is built from an ultra-durable billet aluminum construction and comes complete with the necessary components for an easy installation.
